calcuating ldos and pdos.

Dear sir,
I have read the vasp manual. I found LORBIT=11 for pdos calculation. but what should be done for ldos calculation.
I have read many problems posted at this site but dont get satisfactory answer.
Also guide me for the difference between ldos and pdos.
Can we simultaneously plot the both.

I have seen the link. The further link that was given at that post is not responding.
It will be very kind of you if you explain the difference between the procedure of finding ldos and pdos in vasp.
