Dear vasp user

i read the post
http://cms.mpi.univie.ac.at/vasp-forum/ ... php?4.4513
about the fermi velocity

I understand little bit and i am struggling to calulate the distence bitween the the same Two Kpoints (dE) using reciprocal vectors. How to calculate the distence bitween the two K points with the reci procal vectors which i mentioned below

KPOINTS
-0.3333300E+00 0.6666700E+00 0.0000000E+00
-0.3276803E+00 0.6553705E+00 0.0000000E+00
Reciprocal Vectors

0.406504065 0.234695286 0.000000000
0.000000000 0.469390571 0.000000000
0.000000000 0.000000000 0.147058824

Plz help me in this case ! thankyou

the k-points are given in carthesian as well in OUTCAR, maybe it is easier for you to calculate the distance from the carthesian coordinates if you cannot handle it using the reciprocal ones.
