How to calculate the phonon by using scph code

Dear All

I tried to perform the phonon calculation in the scph example files, but I failed. Could you please tell me how to perform the phonon calculation in the scph example files in detail (step by step)?

For me, one errer appears as follows:
./scph: cannot execute binary file

scph is not part of VASP, please ask those people who developed and distribute this code.
