Downloading POTCAR files

Hi!

I am trying to download the POTCAR files for Si, O, and C from the VASP portal. However, I cannot find the appropriate place to do this. I see the message "No downloads available" next to each of libraries that we have a license for. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Please note that only the license signatory or primary contact person of a license can download the code and the pseudopotentials. Ask her/him to download them and forward them to you.
