Warning: "chargedensity file is incomplete"

I am calculating DOS and band structure of CdTe. I had done self consistency calculation before I did DOS and band structure. But I got a warning "chargedensity file is incomplete" when the CHGCAR was read. The CHGCAR file was obtained in the self consistency calculation. In general, do you know what causes this warning?

I have changed the LCHARG setting from FALSE to TRUE during the self consistency calculation. After that, I do not get the warning.
