parallel tempering in vasp

#1 Post by sammu09 » Tue Sep 24, 2013 1:43 am

Hello, in the new version of VASP is possible use the parallel tempering and how can I use this option because the manual don't have any explanation about this.
I see the chain.F of vasp and have this option but how someone can use?

NEW RELEASE: VASP.5.3.2
Added parallel tempering (by gK: mainly chain.F).
Incorporated the projection of wave functions in supercells onto the k-space
of corresponding primitive cells (originally by Yoon-Suk Kim: k-proj.F).

Thanks
