ERROR: 0031-250 task 0:Segmentation fault

hello,everyone.
I compile vasp on our IBM p690 server using makefile.sp2,but when i am running the task, i get a core file. the detail information is:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Unable to generate symptom string.
Stack is unusable.

Can someone sort out what the problem is?

-) pmvd4 is the partition manager daemon, so this error rather looks as if it was NOT due to a vasp-specific problem but related to your system installation / hardware.
-) did you run vasp parallel or serial?
-) in any case: is there useful information in the job.stdout and in the .e files?

vasp run well after i update poe's patch
