Parallel Version of VASP Under Windows OS?

#1 Post by maryam » Tue Feb 09, 2010 7:55 pm

Dear friends,

We have made parallel version of VASP under Linux OS. But our computational facilities under Linux is not sufficient, while there is a better super-computer which OS is Windows. Our important question is that, is it possible to make a parallel version of VASP under Windows OS?

Thank you very much,

if your colleagues have set up a supercomputer under windows, they will probably have taken care to install a stable fortran95 compiler and a parallel parser. These are the only 2 things you need to install vasp.
please contact your sys admins onf the Supercomputer.
