Compiling parallel vasp with g95

i m trying to install parallel vasp in fedora core 4 on my P4 cluster. I m using lam-7.1.1-3 with mpif77 underlying fortran is g77. Is anyone can tel me how to compile the vasp makefile by using FC=g95 and mpif77 as object files linker? Is this possible? I m confused with the compiler when compiling parallel vasp. :?
