Is the Spin-Orbit coupling included in Spin-Spiral calculation?

Hi, all
Does anyone know whether vasp can conclude spin-orbit coupling during spin-spiral calculation? I am not sure, but if I turn on the LSORBIT tag, it works. Thanks!
