Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invali

#1 Post by VASP001 » Sun Jun 04, 2017 2:43 pm

When I use vasp to calculate the DOS of the system, the error"Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference." appears. And my INCAR is as followed:

SYSTEM=SrZrO3
ISTART=1
ICHARG=11
ENCUT=650 eV
ISMEAR=-5
RWIGS=2.138 1.625 0.820
PREC=Accurate
NPAR=1

What's the matter?
