Dear VASP users,

I am wondering about the calculations for thermal generation rate of semiconductor and it depends on radiative lifetime and the intrinsic carrier concentration. Is it possible to compute it using VASP?

Could someone suggest?

Currently, it is not possible to compute radiative lifetimes using VASP.
