Compilation Problem with g95

I am attempting to compile Vasp.4.6.34 on a 32-bit Xeon cluster with the latest stable versions of OpenMPI and g95. I've run into several issues in trying to use this combination, but have been able to resolve them so far. The latest problem comes when I try to compile the vasp executable. I receive the following compilation error:

I've tried researching this error message, but have not been able to come up with any decent way to fix it. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please try to place everything after
END MODULE wave_mpi
in a file wave_mpi2.F and compile it seperately.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. Placing the remaining content
in a separate file allowed g95 to compile that code. Now I seem to
have run into this problem:
