If I have got the ELFCAR file, how can I analysis and plot the ELF figure?

the format of ELFCAR is the same as for the (partial) charge densities. Therefore you can use any visualization tool which you use to plot charge densities , like GoVASP (http://www.govasp.com) the Dataexplorer or STREnder (http://homepage.univie.ac.at/daniel.spisak/)

You can also use vaspview:

http://vaspview.sourceforge.net/

VMD will do this if you install the VASP plugins
