Can we use HSE03 or 06 functional

Dear Vasp Admin

I would like to use HSE functional in VASP. As per the manual the HF calculation section says it is not fully usable by all users. Can you please clarify if I can use HSE functional . I am having a vasp version of 4.6.

the hybrid functionals will be included in vasp.5.1, which is not officially released yet. We will inform all vasp-groups about the release date and the upgrade conditions as soon as both are fixed.
