Using VASP to calculate the properties of the optics.
Hi ,everyone,I have some questions about computations of the properties of the system ,like Dielectric Function (ε=ε1+iε2), Absorption Constant (α), Index of Refraction (n),and my classmates tell me thatDr. Jürgen Furthmüller
have the script to deal with those problems .
Thank you ! Waiting for your reply ! And I just visit his homepage :
http://www.freeware.vasp.de/VASP/optics/
And there is file of programe called optics.f ,I don’t know how to with it to calculate the properties of the system ,in order to get the Dielectric Function ,Absorption Constant (α), Index of Refraction (n) and so on .
All these data can be read from the OPTICS ?
