dear all：
I set all input files and run vasp，then get the out OUTCAR。
how can I get elastic constant of a material。

Dear dyc_2008,
I assume you use very new version of VASP which gives you elastic constants by setting IBRION to be a certain value. I have no experience with the new version, but I believe it must be somewhere in OUTCAR. What you need to do is to open OUTCAR by a text editor,pull out EDIT menu, click search or find, and type the key words that you are looking for. Usually the important output by VASP is at the end of the OUTCAR, you may find some luck there.
