#1 Post by dyc_2008 » Tue Apr 05, 2011 10:46 am

Dear all,
I have a task,which can be executed,perfectly, by the serial version。
But ,when I try to use the parallel version,I got this‘WARING:Sub-Space-Matrix is not hermitian ’

thank you very much

WARING:Sub-Space-Matrix is not hermitian

I solved this problem by reducing AMIX to 0.03. I also switched to Normal, and used the default for NSIM. I'm not sure whether the last two steps were necessary. A larger AMIX may also work, but I definitely had to decrease it from the default of 0.4. I have not tried the serial calculation.
I also had PREC=Accurate

This problem is commonly posted here, and none of the things that were suggested as fixes worked or applied to me. I was surprised when decreasing AMIX worked.
