Where do I get benchmark, potentials downloads?

We recently signed up for a VASP license, and I've used my assigned password to download release 5.2 and vasp.5.lib from the FTP server.

I'm able to compile okay now, but I can't locate either the benchmark or the potentials files, so I can't verify the installation.
I looked around the FTP site but couldn't find any file named benchmark.tar.gz as described in the web docs (still written for v.4, but mostly still useable). Also, those docs say to get archives of pseudopotentials data from pot/potcar.date.tar and pot_GGA/potcar.date.tar, but I see no "/pot/" directory on the FTP server when I log in (only /doc/ and /src/). They sent a separate password for potentials, but I can't get on the FTP server with that password as user "vasp" or "vasp5" (as worked for my supplied rel5.2 password)

Can anyone point me to where I should be looking for these, or explain what I'm doing wrong for logging in?

As for web login, I can get on using my self-created forum login, but not with any of the passwords supplied with our registration - at least no using my registered email address as the login.

Indeed, I face the same question. Did you resolve it, jimprall?

Same problem. I think the account for the potentials is "paw".
So, ftp paw@cms.mpi.univie.ac.at with your "potentials" passwd.

this information is given in the installation chapter of the online handbook:
the benchmark files are on the vasp account of the ftp server, the PAW PPs on the paw-accont
