Bandgap of Si in GW

Hi

I am new to VASP

I followed exactly the steps to calculate Bandgap of Si in GW (http://cms.mpi.univie.ac.at/wiki/index. ... f_Si_in_GW) but I got error in the last step:

lib-4054 : UNRECOVERABLE library error
Only the BLANK, DELIM, PAD, SIGN, DECIMAL, and ROUND specifiers may
be changed on an OPEN of an opened file.

Encountered during an OPEN of unit 12
Fortran unit 12 is connected to a direct unformatted unblocked file:
"WAVECAR.chi"

Did anyone encounter same problem before? x) x)
