Hi dear all,

I have a general question. I ve found that the frequency of the frustrated translation normal to the surface in very high (3400 cm-1). Does it mean that the adsorbed species in very mobile??

I f really appreciate if any one can give me some advice or any references for how to interpret the vibrational frequency results.

Cheers
