Is there a interface code to VASP which can compute the fermi surface (2-dimensional or 3-dimensional) in the full Brillouin zone.

sorry, we (CMS-IMP) do not have or distribute such an interface code (neither as a utility tool for VASP users, nor within the framework of p4vasp)
